Helping People and Organizations

Thrive Through Better Decisions

Thrivenomics blends behavioral science, mindfulness, and strategy to help leaders, teams, and individuals make choices that align with their goals and their values.

The Story

Thrivenomics grew out of my work as a behavioral scientist, professor, and licensed counselor, where I’ve spent more than a decade studying what helps people thrive especially under stress, uncertainty, and change.

Through my research at William & Mary, Virginia Commonwealth University, and New York University, I’ve explored how mindfulness, hope, and decision-making intersect to shape resilience, performance, and well-being.

Thrivenomics was born from a simple belief: when we understand how we make choices, we unlock the power to change them.
